I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully renovated little cottage. The downtown location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from wonderful shopping and dining. The home is well appointed and nicely furnished. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great home in a great location. It is just steps to everything downtown Brevard. This home was perfect for our family vacation in Brevard. The bike shed was great to keep our bikes in. The yard was perfect and the floor plan of the house is open and airy. We would stay here again in the future. This home had everything we needed.

We loved our stay! This is the perfect home for multiple families traveling together - plenty of space to accommodate different toddler nap/bedtime schedules which makes all the difference for parents trying to enjoy their stay! The home was well equipped with everything youd need to prepare dinners and to enjoy your stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and we didnt want to get out of them! The community amenities were a pleasant surprise! We ended up staying in the community more than wed planned! We hiked to the waterfall, played at the amazing park & fished and played in the water at little beach area. Our kids loved it!! Wed love to come back again!

As a quick getaway, we loved staying at this property. We were glad to find it at the last minute when a storm was hitting the coast where we had plans for the weekend. It was a great time away!

Did not speak personally to the staff but the email communication was excellent. We were provided with everything we needed to enter the house, area attractions, exiting directions. Great experience!

Thank you for sharing this mountain top gem! Great memories! View was beautiful. Sunrises worth waking up to see the colors and the mountains. Lots of space to play games and eat inside and out.
