Team members were very pleasant, and easy to reach if we needed anything. We requested a few fans for the downstairs rooms via text message, and we received these quickly. The text feature is a great resource.

Stayed in the Little Log Cabin, and it was perfect. Check in was very easy. The ponds and view from our Cabin deck. The covered deck was awesome. The rain on the tin was relaxing and really added to the experience. We will be back.

My husband is very leary about renting houses but this house has changed his perception. We were so comfortable and had room to spread out. My daughter came mid-way through the trip and worked remotely one day. She had no trouble at all with wifi and was content to look out the large windows at the white squirrels while she worked. We loved the back yard and sitting on the deck.

Our stay was perfect in every way. Quiet getaway yet close to Pisgah entrance and grocery store. Beautiful creek and yard with birds and butterflies. We could not have asked for a more restful beautiful stay.

No issues, smooth check-in. All questions were answered promptly.

Well-equipped kitchen, bumper pool, bird feeder, grill, rockers on the porch, easy-to-use code door lock, downstairs sectional sofa, hydrogen peroxide in bathroom cabinet...needed for a cut, and ability to work from the location were some of our favorite features.

All of the outside areas were so nice and well maintained. Inside was perfect with lots of plush, fresh towels. We will look to stay here again.

Extremely peaceful and close to Brevard

The technician who fixed the A/C and the White Squirrel representative we spoke to on Thursday evening to request assistance with the AC were both so polite and friendly. Honestly, they were the reason we weren't upset about it not working (and bc the evening was so cool). If they hadn't been so accommodating, we would have had expressed a more negative experience.

Wow! We would come back here in a heartbeat. The house was perfectly located just near downtown - definitely walkable - and since we were traveling with two kids under three, having the playground across from our house was great! We love the layout of the house and all the space it has. And best of all - we saw a white squirrel right here at the house!
