The text messaging response from the property management was very rapid, helpful and friendly. It's exactly what you expect and hope for in a property manager and if we buy an investment property White Squirrel Realty is definitely who we would call.

We really loved King Creek Cottage and it is definitely somewhere we'll return to. It's stylish, comfortable and well-designed. It has just about everything you need and is in close distance to walk downtown or to the park.

We loved so many things. The dining/kitchen area with mountain view, the amazing quality of the house itself (cabinets, floors, bathrooms, cleanliness, style), the sound systems and tv's, the art and bedding... It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. It's in a great location very close to a gas station/general store with extensive groceries, so no need to go into Brevard regularly, and also near to great fishing and hiking. The house is on acres of land, too, with plenty of parking. But overall, the details and special touches in the interior were the most impressive part.

We were in town to watch early spring baseball at Brevard College. Property was a perfect location on the edge of town. Comfortable, private, clean, and roomy. Would stay again!

Isaac was great. He reached out before our arrival and let us know what we should be looking out for. Throughout the stay, we never saw him but felt assured that he was available to deal with any problems that we might have.

Hideaway Cabin is aptly named. It is perfect for a little isolation and rest and recreation. Guests can easily choose to vegetate and do nothing (without being disturbed) or visit nearby hiking trails and parks for some outdoor activities. The cabin is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished, with a hot tub for a little extra pampering. The kitchen was great and there was a good stock of cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There are great views of the surrounding woodlands from the very extensive balcony. Will definitely visit again.

Love the location. Feels isolated, is close to hiking trails, yet just 5 mins from Walmart, breweries and restaurants.

The property was very well appointed and cozy! We loved the easy access to the beautiful Connestee Falls trails within the community.

Isaac (and others who may have been answering my messages) were wonderful to work with and very responsive! We arrived earlier than anticipated and wanted to check out what supplies we may need around the house to prepare for the snowstorm and were able to get in early. Also, due to the road conditions, we ended up needing to stay an extra day and check out a bit later once the ice had thawed, and RPM was extremely accommodating. Just all around the perfect stay!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Brevard! The location alone is perfect, but the ability to bring our dog and to have such a large fenced in backyard for the kids and dog to play is icing on the cake. It was extremely clean, had just the right amount of space, and had all the amenities we could need for a few nights. We will definitely be back!
