Mai's Rock Cabin with view

Private cabin with excellent mountain views a short 10 minute drive from downtown Brevard headed south.  This cabin has cathedral ceilings, gas log stove, covered deck and propane grill.  On the main level the primary bedroom ensuite has a king sized bed and on lower level there are two twin beds and can be pushed togeher if needed.  In the lower level den there is a full-sized futon that folds flat if you have more than four guests (it can sleep 2).  There is a TV upstairs in the master bedroom and another on the lower level.  The home is well equipped in the kitchen with a dishwasher and dining room table for four.  There is a furnace and a/c. 
The living room has chairs and loveseat, more seating on the deck where our guests spend most of their time here because it is private and quiet. 

 A new 40” Roku smart tv in the downstairs room, (and a DVR) with access to streaming channels, (Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc) providing the guest has an account,  and an outdoor antenna, which brings in several PBS channels, and the local ABC channels (13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4)
The main bedroom has a 32” tv, but no DVR.,and picks up local PBS and ABC channels off the antenna.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.  
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
