Enjoy the massive mountain views from this four bedroom dream home in Connestee Falls. Soaring ceilings in the living room and high end finishes in the kitchen give you the higher end vacation rental experience that you need and want on your vacation. Enjoy community amenities like tennis, hiking trails, swimming pool (in season), golf (extra fee) and the peace and quiet this area offers.
The floor plan offers two master bedrooms on the main level and two and one half bathrooms. Upstairs is a third master bedroom and bathroom. The lower level has a washer and dryer, garage and fourth bedroom. The large open deck has seating for 8-10 and guests will enjoy the views of the Brevard valley and beyond to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
New propane gas grill (June 2021). Personal watercraft and accessories to use at the lake. Large garage to store mountain bikes in while you stay with some simple tools if needed. Guests should bring their own shampoo and personal toiletries. Hair dryer provided. Kitchen is equipped with the essentials and more.
Connestee Falls is a gated community with several lakes and parks to enjoy while staying here. Each confirmed guest will have a package waiting for them at the Main Gate to Connestee Falls on HWY 276 S of Brevard. Your package will contain maps of the trail system and road system in the community. This home is well stocked and has excellent Wifi signal if you need to do some work or stream TV.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone. Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.

A spacious clean house on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely view of the mountains. Access to pickleball courts, golf course, fishing lake, hiking trails and waterfalls within the community. About 15-20 minutes to Brevard. Great place to relax and the lovely outdoors.
