Tiaroga Lakeside Cottage at Connestee Falls

Welcome to Tiaroga Lakeside Cottage, a private Connestee Falls home with lake views from practically every room in the home!  Located directly on Lake Tiaroga, with a private dock and only a short walk from Ticoa Lake and Park, this newly updated home on a cul-de-sac has a downward sloping driveway and a covered carport for 2 cars.  The easily accessible main entrance of the home leads into the great room with vaulted ceilings, huge windows overlooking Lake Tiaroga, stone fireplace with gas logs, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area is off the great room and has a table with spaces for 8.  The galley-style kitchen looks out over the dining and living areas and features a gas stove, a standard coffee maker, and dishes, pots, and pans for preparing meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom of Tiaroga Lakeside Cottage is located on the main level of the home and is complete with a King-sized bed, a desk and lamp, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors providing big views of the lake.  The newly remodeled ensuite primary bathroom is home to dual sinks and custom tiled walk-in shower.  Bedroom 2 is also located on the main level of the home and boasts a Queen-sized bed, sliding glass doors, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

As you travel downstairs to the lower level of the home, you are greeted by a second large living room with ample seating, huge windows showcasing the lakefront views, and another large television.  Bedroom 3 hosts a Queen-sized bed, cozy reading chair, lake views, and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.  The 4th bedroom, also located on the lower level of the home, is complete and ideal for the smallest members of your group, with one set of twin bunk beds and access to a 4th full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Tiaroga Lakeside Cottage provides guests multiple options for soaking up the outdoors.  The private dock is accessible via stairways from the home and is perfect for guests who want to enjoy swimming, fishing, or paddling on Lake Tiaroga.  Enjoy morning coffee or tea from the two cozy screened-in porches off the main and lower floors or grill out with the gas grill and enjoy the evening breeze while dining al fresco on the main level screened porch.  

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity rich community, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard.  With over 20 miles of private hiking trails (including waterfall hikes), privately maintained and stocked fishing lakes, heated pool, and pickleball, guests can have an adventure filled vacation without ever leaving the community!  Tiaroga Lakeside Retreat is centrally located within the community, only a short walk to Ticoa Lake and Park.  The Clubhouse and pool, golf course, and pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts are only a five minute drive away.  When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures outside the community, limitless options await with Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 20 minues away, Pisgah National Forest less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park less than 45 minutes away.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
