Lookout Lodge in Connestee Falls- Pet Friendly!

Due to recent changes in the Connestee Falls rental Policy, stays of less than 30 days are no longer permitted in any Connestee Falls Homes.
Welcome to Lookout Lodge, a private pet friendly Connestee Falls custom home, with sunset views, special features and entertainment options your entire group will love!  Located only a short drive from all the Connestee Falls amenities, this beautifully updated home has a flat circlular driveway with parking for 2-3 cars.  The easily accessible main entrance of the home opens into the great room with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, huge windows showing off the magnificent mountain views, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has a table with seating for 4.  The custom kitchen is complete with a gas stove, Keurig, all the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group, and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

The primary bedroom of Lookout Lodge is located on the main level of the home and is complete with a king-sized bed, electric fireplace, and Smart TV.  The ensuite primary bathroom is home to dual sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and walk-in shower with glass enclosure.  Bedroom 2 is also located on the main level of the home and is complete with a queen-sized bed and Smart TV. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath are also located on the main level of the home.

As you travel down the stairs to the lower level of the home, Bedroom 3 makes up the entirety of the basement. A twin-sized daybed is located in this room.  2 desks are provided for the members of the group who need to fit in some remote work during their stay.  Sofa seating and another televsion are great for unwinding after a long day of hiking or biking in the nearby forests!  The sofa in this room can fold out to create another twin-sized sleeping space.  A third full bathroom with a stand-up shower is also located within the basement bedroom.

Lookout Lodge also provides an option for soaking up the outdoors!  Enjoy morning coffee or tea from the cozy open deck off the main floor, while enjoying the magnificent mountain views.  An outdoor dining table is included on the deck for guests who choose to enjoy their meals with a view!  In the evening, the home is situated facing west to maximize the gorgeous mountain sunsets!

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity rich community, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard.  With over 20 miles of private hiking trails (including waterfall hikes), privately maintained and stocked fishing lakes, heated pool, and pickleball, guests can have an adventure filled vacation without ever leaving the community!  Lookout Lodge is centrally located inside the community, only a short drive to multiple lakes and parks within the community.  The Clubhouse and pool, golf course, and pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts are only a few minute drive away!  When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures outside the community, limitless options await with Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 20 minues away, Pisgah National Forest less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park less than 45 minutes away.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
