The primary level of the home moves from the spacious entryway into the dining room with a table to seat six guests.  Off the dining room, you will find the kitchen with gas range and oven, a standard coffee maker for your morning coffee, and all the tools you will need to prepare meals for your group.  The homeowners have thought of everything, even instant hot water at the kitchen sink for those who enjoy morning tea!  The sizable great room is home to ample comfortable seating, gas log fireplace, and a large Roku television for guests to use their own streaming services.  Guests may enoy the back deck complete with a propane grill, large table, and deluxe seating for 8.  

Also on the primary level of this luxury townhome is the master bedroom, complete with a king sized bed, custom lighting, another gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a bath tub, and shower.  You can even see a small stream from the bedroom window!  The second comfortable bedroom is also located on the primary floor of the home and boasts a king sized bed and bathroom with ensuite access. 

As you make your way upstairs to the top level of the home, you will be greeted by the 3rd bedroom, complete with a queen sized bed, comfortable seating, and a 3rd ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom feels more like a suite-with a queen sized bed, spacious walk in closet, a 4th private bathroom, and a separate nook perfect for reading or knocking out some remote work.

The lower (basement) level of the home, which is also the primary entrypoint, is home to the one car garage and laundry room.  Whether your plans include cycling, hiking, shopping, dining, or any of the many activities Brevard, NC has to offer, Brevard Basecamp provides everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay only 5 blocks to the downtown action while still feeling tucked away in nature.  With room to park 2 cars and a bike wash station, this home is ideal for your next getaway.

Everything was as pictured and listed. No complaints at all! We loved the location to walk to downtown Brevard and drive to many wonderful hikes and wineries. We loved that all bedrooms have a bathroom. The fireplace in the early mornings and evening is wonderful. The back deck is lovely. Everything was great, all in working order, clean and a wonderful location. I highly recommend this property.

72 Silversteen Drive was an OASIS. Highly highly recommended. We went with a family of five, but it can MORE THAN comfortably accommodate eight people. The proximity to the town of Brevard was perfect. There is a concrete driveway / patio area that overlooks a wooded (back) yard with a creek, where our six-year-old son played with the kids next door. The back yard view is very private, and visible from living area and master bedroom, where we saw several white squirrels and enjoyed a foggy, misty morning view. Everything in this home was brand new and very well appointed. There is a smart TV and many board games, etc., and comfortable and ample seating in the living and dining areas. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could think of, and then some. There is also a grill on the back porch. The garage can accommodate one car very comfortably, and it was so clean, it looked like part of the finished house. We didn't do laundry here, but there was a very new-looking washer & dryer, adjacent to the garage. For the reader, there is a private reading nook in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and there are various seating areas throughout the home. The beds are very comfortable. Everyone got a good night's sleep. This was an OUTSTANDING stay.
