Hooks and Reels in Connestee Falls - New Rental

Due to recent changes in the Connestee Falls rental Policy, stays of less than 30 days are no longer permitted in any Connestee Falls Homes.
Welcome to Hooks and Reels, a private Connestee Falls home, with special features your entire group will love!  Located only a short drive from Lake Atagahi and Atagahi Park, this large home has a flat driveway with parking for multiple cars.  One side of the 2 car garage is available to guests for bike storage!  The easily accessible main entrance of the home opens into the great room with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, custom stone fireplace with gas logs, a 55" Smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area is off the living room and has a table with spaces for 6.  The custom kitchen is complete with an electric stove and double ovens, a standard coffee maker, another dining table with spaces for 4, and all the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group. 

The primary bedroom of Hooks and Reels is located on the main level of the home and is complete with a king-sized bed and a private screened in porch.  The ensuite primary bathroom is home to dual sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and walk-in shower with dual shower heads.  Bedroom 2 is located on the main level of the home and is home to a queen sized bed.  A shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo is located off the living area.   Bedroom 3, also on the main level, is home to one day bed with a trundle.  Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level of the home and is complete with 2 twin beds.

 After returning from a day hiking in Pisgah Forest, biking in Dupont, or exploring Brevard, Hooks and Reels has entertainment options for your whole group.  As you travel down the stairs from the main level of the home, the first room on the lower level is a second living area, thoughtfuly curated with another 55" Smart TV and an extra sleeping space with a daybed. A ping pong table compliments the lower level living area perfectly!   

Hooks and Reels provides guests multiple options for soaking up the outdoors.  Enjoy morning coffee or tea from the cozy screened-in porch off the main floor, while enjoying the wooded nature views in the back yard.  Grill out with the gas grill and enjoy the evening breeze while dining al fresco on the open deck off the main floor.  There is even a patio and fenced-in back yard off the lower level of the home!  

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity rich community, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard.  With over 20 miles of private hiking trails (including waterfall hikes), privately maintained and stocked fishing lakes, heated pool, and pickleball, guests can have an adventure filled vacation without ever leaving the community!  Hooks and Reels is centrally located near the East Fork gate to the community, only a short drive to Lake Atagahi and Atagahi Park.  The Clubhouse and pool, golf course, and pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts are only a five minute drive away.  When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures outside the community, limitless options await with Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 20 minues away, Pisgah National Forest less than 30 minutes away, and Gorges State Park less than 45 minutes away.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
