Jim's Hideaway in Little River

Welcome to Jim's Hideaway, a charming and private 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with stunnning mountain views!  This pet friendly home is perfectly located in Penrose, NC, to be a home base for families and groups in the area to bike in Dupont State Forest, hike in Pisgah National Forest, or explore downtown Brevard.  After the adventures of the day, return to Jim's Hideaway to cook out on the gas grill and enjoy the mountain views from the open deck.

As guests arrive and reach the top of the driveway, parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway. The open concept living area has cozy seating, a television, and fantastic views of the mountains.  The dining table is complete with seating for 6.  The basic kitchen is complete with a standard coffee maker and is stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans needed for your meals.  

The primary bedroom is just off the kitchen and is home to a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a single sink and shower. The second bedroom is also located off the open living area and is home to 2 Twin-sized beds and another ensuite bathroom with single sink and shower/tub combo.
 
A full sized washer and dryer are located within the primary bedroom of the home.  The home also has ample storage for bikes, canoes, or kayaks in the lower level garage!

The outdor space at Jim's Hideaway is hard to beat!  Enjoy your morning coffee from a chair on the deck or enjoy the mountain views while winding down from a day of hiking or biking in the forest.  Whatever your itenerary, this charming and comfortable home will be a great "home base" for your group.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.
